Blood Ties is a Dead Island City of Moresby Act II side quest. Kwan and his brother Cho were working in Moresby when the zombie outbreak decimated the city's population. Kwan was brought to Simon's Hub by a fellow survivor, though his brother was left behind in the chaos. Kwan desperately asks that the hero ventures to his home at 13 Sehat's Street and find his brother who is probably hiding inside their apartment in the Shanty Town.

Having been separated from his brother, Kwan pleads the hero to find his brother, who is probably terrified and thinks Kwan is dead. After giving the address of his apartment, the hero heads to the Shanty Town and finds Cho inside the house with zombies. After the undead are killed, Cho begins the trek to the safe house where his brother resides.

Once outside, the hero protects Cho from the undead as they work their way to the warehouse. Once inside, the brothers are reunited and Cho awaits there with Kwan and the others for rescue.

• The quest has an unnamed sub-portion called Back to Brother, which is when the hero escorts Cho to Simon's Hub.^[1]
